Based in the historic *Mithila region of Bihar, India, NK Enterprises is closely connected to the heartland of one of India’s most distinctive superfoods — **Makhana (Fox Nuts), often known as the *“White Gold of Mithila.”**

Mithila is renowned for its rich tradition of makhana cultivation, and we are proud to bring this unique regional product to buyers and consumers across India and international markets.

For us, makhana is more than a product. *It represents the hard work, heritage and livelihoods of the farming communities of Mithila.*

### Creating Impact Beyond Business

At NK Enterprises, we believe that responsible business should create value not only for customers and partners, but also for the communities connected to our products.

A portion of our business proceeds is dedicated to supporting *farmers’ families, with a focus on children’s education*. Through this initiative, we aim to contribute towards better educational opportunities for children in farming communities and help create a stronger future for the next generation.

*From the fields of Mithila to markets around the world, every partnership helps us take this journey one step further.*
